Willoughby City Council (ABN 47 974 826 099) in accordance with Section 46A and 47 of The Local Government Act 1993 gives notice that Council proposes to enter into the following licences for the use of community land.
The details of the proposed Licence are:
Land subject of proposed Licence:
The area of 34-40 Devonshire Street Chatswood as outlined in red shown on Figure A in the document library including the outdoor space and associated improvements.
Purpose of proposed Licence:
To permit the operation and management of the improvements for the purposes of a long day care centre.
Proposed Licensee:
Mini Masterminds (ABN 57 603 791 037)
Term of the proposed Licence:
A licence period of 10 years with an option of 10 years.
Willoughby City Council proposes to grant a licence in respect of community land and known as Devonshire Street Child Care Centre (located on Lot 1 DP 1003934) at 34-40 Devonshire Street Chatswood.
Under the provisions of The Local Government Act 1993, Council has the authority to lease / licence Community Land
Written submissions concerning this proposal may be made to Council up to and including 29 July 2023.
