Planning Agreements
From time to time, the Council will decide to form an agreement between the Council and a developer, under which the developer is required to dedicate land free of cost, pay a monetary contribution, or provide any other material public benefit. These are known as Voluntary Planning Agreements.
If the Planning Agreement is currently on exhibition, it will be shown at the top of the home page.
To find Planning Agreements which were previously on exhibition, you can select ‘Planning Agreement Projects’ in the ‘All tags’ dropdown menu in the Search box on the Have Your Say home page.
