Willoughby City Council is seeking community feedback for Artarmon Park Reserve.
Please review the Draft Artarmon Park Reserve Action Plan in the Document Library and leave your comments below in the survey prior to closure of the community consultation period at 5 pm, Thursday 19 May 2022.
Artarmon Park is a small local reserve approximately 2.3 hectares in size that is divided by the Gore Hill Freeway. It consists of bushland and an open recreational grass area to the north of the Freeway and a stormwater retention pond, garden beds and a shared bicycle/walking path to the south.
Key Actions for the Draft Reserve Action Plan include:
Conduct surveys to monitor wildlife populations throughout the Park and investigate options to install supplementary wildlife habitat;
Continuation of weed management programs;
Plant native shrubs and ground covers in sections along shared path to improve local amenity.
All community members who leave a comment will receive a response after the community consultation period.
